Our generously sized loft space. The tall, light-flooded room is a former printing room with an interesting history. Thanks to its easterly orientation, the room is pleasantly sunlit in the mornings, and very tranquil throughout the day because it overlooks the courtyard. The long bar around the large kitchen area created a cool and relaxed feel, ideal in the entire space, for casual work in a club atmosphere. A well-ventilated, soundproof telephone cabin within the room allows for up to eight, possibly even nine people to work here. The loft has its own bathroom with toilet and shower.
The same conditions apply to these rooms in the basement as to the workplaces on the raised ground floor. Tenants are free to use the IsarOffices Ethernet and/or WiFi. And, of course, everyone can use all the communal facilities in the house above, including the Ricoh A3 laser printer (via WiFi and/or Ethernet), the meeting room with 75’‘ QLED Smart TV and conference system, the kitchen with its powerful Jura coffee machine and the dining room beyond, with space for up to 12 people at the table. They also share toilets and the darts room. All of this is included in the rental price, as is the wide selection of drinks in the fridge and the delicious snacks on the bistro table in the kitchen. The beer table in the backyard can also be used for working, relaxing or dining.
Currently, the entire basement can be rented as one space, or Katika can be rented individually, or Inken and Edgar together (Inken is a connecting room). With a long-term lease contract, however, a direct connection could easily be created from Katika to Inken, making it easier for fast-growing companies to expand.
